my parents just sold their house for almost four times as much as they bought it for (20 years ago) and it's in CLEVELAND (hello?) and their morgage payments were about the price of my rent now and the new people's morgage payments will be like $5000.

it's lookin like we have little prospects of achieving that picket fence american dream. awesome.
